Having been raised in a military family, with the opportunity to experience living in amazing places across the country and abroad, Carrie understands the importance of connecting with people, in a way that they can understand.

 

Carrie’s passion for serving others, intertwined with her extensive knowledge of the Charleston area, has allowed her to connect with people from all over the world.

 

Whether working with clients who fell in love with Charleston while visiting on vacation, or with clients whose roots were laid down here many years ago, Carrie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and will go above and beyond for her clients.

 

Carrie works closely with local architects, builders, contractors, designers, and real estate attorneys to find the best solutions for her clients, and brings with her a strong network of other Brokers, agents, and top real estate professionals to take care of every detail, whether big or small.

 

From client and pocket listings to first looks at off-market properties, Carrie’s clients have always relied on her ability to find homes that are nothing short of a perfect fit for them. Specializing in working with veterans and the luxury market, Carrie prides herself on her professionalism, integrity, and unending desire to continually learn.

 

Carrie is constantly seeking new ways to give back to her community and volunteers her time with various organizations, including the Charleston County School District, the Town of Mt. Pleasant, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Neighborhood House Homeless Shelter.

In her free time, Carrie values time spent with her husband, Laurence, and three children, Lauren, Meghan, and John.
