Carrie has been amazing. We live in Chicago and have been looking in South Carolina, Mt. Pleasant, and Charleston areas for a home. I am such a lucky person to have had the experience of selling my home. As many of you know the feeling of not wanting to part with the home you have made many memories raising your children in but unfortunately have to, Carrie made it as gentle and painless as possible. Her warmth, consideration, and empathy made this transition so easy! Our first Realtor® did no such thing. Her knowledge of the area and all the perks of our location that some people could easily overlook were just a bonus! She knew how to show our home which had been built in the 1940s, all the exceptional craftsmanship and solidity! The established Azaleas, Camellias, Gardenias, and Oaks made the lot so unique and private. She went above and beyond for us and the buyer. I've gained a friend and a (could be not so pleasant experience) positive experience.
We have purchased and sold many houses over the 34 years of our marriage. We have never had a Realtor® as helpful as Carrie. She went over and beyond in every area including chasing down the details for transferring the flood insurance 48 hours before a major hurricane hit. She did not cause this problem but jumped in when the selling Realtor® and lawyer dropped the ball. We would use Carrie again.
